Se iau circa 100 caramizi fara nici o aranjare prealabila, se pun intr-o camera inchisa,<br />
avand doar o singura fereastra. Sunt trimisi 2 &#8211; 3 candidati in camera si se inchide usa.<br />
Sunt lasati acolo singuri timp de 6 ore, apoi se analizeaza situatia.<br />
- Daca au numarat caramizile &#8211; Sunt buni la departamentul Contabilitate.<br />
- Daca le renumara &#8211; La Audit.<br />
- Daca au facut un haos total &#8211; caramizi peste tot &#8211; inginerie.<br />
- Daca au aranjat caramizile intr-o ordine stranie &#8211; Planificare<br />
- Daca arunca unul in altul cu caramizi &#8211; operatii.<br />
- Daca dorm &#8211; Receptie.<br />
- Daca au spart caramizile in bucati &#8211; Tehnologia informatiei.<br />
- Daca stau de pomana &#8211; Resurse umane<br />
- Daca se jura ca au incercat diferite combinatii,<br />
desi nici o caramida nu a fost mutata din loc &#8211; Vanzari<br />
- Daca au plecat deja acasa pentru ziua respectiva &#8211; Marketing.<br />
- Daca se uita pe fereastra &#8211; Planificare strategica<br />
- Si ultimii, dar nu cei din urma:<br />
Daca stau de vorba unul cu altul, dar caramizile nu au fost atinse<br />
-Felicitati-i si puneti-i in TOP Management.</em></p>
